The Manx Foundation is always looking for volunteers to help in a variety of different ways:

Calling all Drivers

We urgently require volunteers to help us with driving our minibuses during the day, particularly on a Monday, Tuesday and Friday. You can chose to do either 9.30 am to 12.00 noon or 3.00 pm to 5.00 pm (approximate hours), or you could do both sessions.

If you stay for the whole day we will provide you with a home cooked meal at lunch time. As long as you have a full driving licence and are over 25 years of age we will be pleased to hear from you. Please contact Annette on 628926 for further information.

This is a most rewarding role and you will be assisting a lot of people who, without your help, will not be able to get out and about regularly.

• During the day  - assisting with collecting service users in the morning to bring in to the day centre and taking them back home in the afternoon
• Evening and weekends – to assist with social events such as visits to the theatre or general fundraising events

• Bucket/flag day collections
• Bag packing
• Cake baking
• General assistance at events

 General Help

• Kitchen assistance during the day
• Day centre support
• Gardening
• Arts and Crafts
